Review

"New from Italy, our Prosecco Rosé offers fresh wild berry and blackberry notes which are complemented by a refreshing acidity and effervescence. Our Prosecco Rosé is a wonderful complement to seafood dishes, particularly salmon, or brunch favorites such as eggs benedict with prosciutto." Wine Folly

Aromas: red fruit, flower, spice

Flavors: strawberry, honeydew, rose petal, celery, watermelon

Varietal: 'Rosé was once only thought of as fruity and cloying; these dry and mineral driven pink wines (that contain a plethora of grapes) have proven that rosé can be serious. Seriously delicious."

My Review

I enjoyed this wine but I would most likely not repurchase it. I am not usually someone who likes carbonation, but it was okay in this case. I enjoyed tasting it with some brie, pretzels, and cherry jam spread from a charcuterie board.
